OUR CURRICULUM
There are three levels of Preschool.
Preschool, small section= école maternelle, la petite section (2 to 4 years olds)
Preschool, middle section= école maternelle, la moyenne section -( 4 to 5 year olds)
Pre-kindergarten, high section= école maternelle, la grande section – (5 to 6 years old)
French Lessons
The kids are taught the basics of French through common everyday situations. In each lesson, new vocabulary is introduced through role play.
French Learning Songs
A large number of lessons include songs composed to repeat and practice the vocabulary from the lesson. Children will gladly listen to cheerful melodies more than once and quickly memorize the new words.
Mathematics & Sciences
Children learn numbers, counting, matching, classification, measurement, and geometry through age-appropriate materials and activities.
Sing Along Activities
Each song is followed by an instrumental version, so the children can sing along to the known melody and proudly show what they have learned.
Each lesson ends with a set of various interactive exercises designed to practice the words that have been introduced in the lesson and expand the vocabulary. The sing-along represents a great way to measure their own progress, and it's suitable both for children who can and can't read.
Picture Dictionary
The lesson will include activities to help them remember the words that were introduced during the class. The children will repeat the words after the teacher and also practice writing by tracing the word.
French Activity Book
The activity book includes all the topics covered by the French course and gives your children a great opportunity to practice their French "reading and writing" skills.
